3. Buyer Responsibility

  • The buyer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete order details, including name, address, contact number, and email.

  • Fosil Group is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the buyer.

  • Any correction or redirection of the delivery due to buyer error will incur additional fees payable by the buyer.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed.

  • Fosil Group is not responsible for any bank charges, international transaction fees, or currency conversion fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Fosil Group is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon dispatch of the order from our facility.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We maintain strict policies to ensure transparency and quality of service. Please see below:

  • Change your mind or are not satisfied:
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the order value, excluding all shipping costs.

    • After successfully receiving the goods, after 24 hours if the customer does not have any comments, feedback or complaints sent to gmail fosilgroupcontact@gmail.com, the customer has no right to complain or return the goods

    • The buyer is fully responsible for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.

    • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and packaging intact.

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

    • Refunds will only be processed after our team has received and inspected the returned item.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Sale or promotional items.

    • Items damaged by misuse or mishandling.

    • Items returned after the return period again.

  • Shipping charges:

    • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only under limited conditions and at the sole discretion of Fosil Group.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • Products must meet the same return conditions as mentioned above.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product in dispute.

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
